This role is ideal for a student interested in organizational development, leadership development, adult learning, or HR strategy. You will work closely with the Learning &amp; Development and People Operations teams on real projects that directly support leaders and employees across the company. This is a hands-on internship where you will help build, test, and improve learning programs alongside experienced practitioners. Responsibilities  <ul><li>Support the design and rollout of leadership and manager development programs, including programs for first-time managers. </li><li>Assist with creating learning content such as facilitator guides, toolkits, job aids, and microlearning resources.</li><li>Help organize, update, and maintain learning pathways and content within the Learning Management System (LMS). </li><li>Collect and analyze learner feedback and engagement data to support continuous improvement of learning programs. </li><li>Contribute to performance management enablement tools, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning resources. </li><li>Support onboarding and culture-based learning tied to the Kairos Way and leadership competencies. </li><li>Research learning trends and best practices and help translate insights into practical, usable tools. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field. </li><li>Comfort working with ambiguity and learning in a dynamic environment. </li><li>Alignment with a mission-driven, high-accountability culture. </li><li>Demonstrated interest in how people learn and change behavior at work. </li><li>Experience with learning platforms, content creation tools, or facilitation preferred. </li><li>Strong analytical, research, or data interpretation skills preferred. </li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities <ul><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners. </li><li>Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset. </li><li>Ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable learning materials. </li><li>Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently </li><li>Ability to proactively collect, manage and transfer knowledge </li><li>Ability to seek different and novel ways to create efficiencies when working on problems, challenges and issues </li></ul>Physical Demands <ul><li>Remaining in a stationary position, often sitting, for prolonged periods. </li><li>Moving about the workplace as needed. </li><li>Lifting or moving objects up to 10 pounds. </li><li>Communicating with others to exchange information. </li></ul>Environmental Conditions <ul><li>General office environment. </li></ul>Additional Requirements <ul><li>Overtime may be required occasionally. </li></ul>The hourly range for this position is $26 for employees working onsite at our Alameda, CA headquarters.
