Role SummaryThe role will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to the company’s in-house lawyers. This position primarily will focus on legal operations and department administration, including managing requests through the company’s matter management systems, overseeing the company’s document repository system and signature processes for commercial agreements, and proactively tracking deadlines associated with contracts and regulatory compliance requirements, and managing corporate documents and processes.
