As our Head of Internal Communications, you are the architect of our internal culture. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our complex technical strategy and our global workforce, ensuring every employee - from London to Tokyo is aligned - informed, and inspired by our mission.This is a senior role for a “ Strategic Connector”. You will sit at the intersection of the Growth, People, and Executive teams, turning high-level strategy into a cohesive internal narrative. We need a strategist who also loves to build – someone who can design a global comms framework on Monday and draft a compelling company-wide keynote on Tuesday.Your key responsibilities will include: <ul><li>Strategic Narrative: Partner with the Executive Team to translate company strategy and technical milestones into human-centric internal narratives.</li><li>Next-Gen Channels: Lead the evolution of our internal ecosystem.
