We are the world’s largest producer of sustainable wood pellets, which provide a low-carbon alternative to fossil fuels.</p></div><p>The Commercial Analyst will work within the Sales and Fulfillment team and will primarily be supporting the daily execution of Customer Account Management and Fulfillment activities. This role will support with the management of a portfolio of key clients across Europe and Asia with a focus on driving efficiencies and continuous process improvement.  </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support with the management and execution of Customer Account Management and Fulfillment activities.</li><li>Engage and collaborate with internal teams to support the proactive management of each client account in accordance with changing needs.</li><li>Track compliance for all parties against their contractual obligations to make sure payment, scheduling and other deadlines are met.</li><li>Support internal reporting requirements and work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure all contract and formal documents are properly approved, recorded and communicated</li><li>Manage and maintain central information systems to ensure data is easily accessible intra-team to improve efficiency.</li><li>Regularly and accurately track and report on key metrics and KPIs.</li><li>Conduct financial, cost/benefit, and scenario analysis to find optimal solutions to fulfillment challenges.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar and/or related role.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in customer relations and/or B2B sales.</li><li>Customer-focused ethos with an understanding of how to manage internal and external expectations.</li><li>Background in supply chain logistics and/or shipping beneficial.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation); commercially astute, culturally aware, and articulate.</li><li>Responsible, accountable, and capable of balancing a varied and demanding workload</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Sound judgement, attention to detail and experience creating comprehensive PowerPoint presentations and written materials.</li><li>Proven ability to problem solve, communicate effectively and work across the Commercial Team and wider organization.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications - What Will Set You Apart</strong></p><ul><li>Experience or strong understanding of the biomass or renewable energy markets is a plus.</li><li>Experience in the sale of multiple products/ product lines in a complex international environment.</li><li>Intrinsically motivated, results oriented, and committed to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.</li><li>High level of comfort visualizing data in an easy-to-understand manner and drawing out relevant insights that can inform decision-making processes.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with ease.</li></ul><p><strong>Travel requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Occasional travel required to customer locations and Enviva locations in the US. </li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office, with the ability to work 2 days a week remotely.</li><li>Able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment.</li><li>Corporate office setting with 95% desk work, will have sit/stand desk.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Able to work on computer screen format for up to twelve (12) hours a day.</li><li>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA.</li></ul><div><p>This position is not eligible for visa support.</p><p><strong>EEO Statement </strong></p><p>Enviva is dedicated to the principles of equal employment opportunity (EEO) in any term, condition or privilege of employment.
