We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.  <div>Benefits:<ul><li>Salary range: $100k-130k (DOE) plus performance-based bonuses</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>3 weeks of PTO, 10 company holidays &amp; year end break</li><li>Retirement savings plan plus company match</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities</li><li>Collaborative and innovative work culture</li><li>Opportunity to cross train and learn different business function</li></ul></div> Your Tasks <div>Product<ul><li>Product Strategy: Execute a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends in the EV industry.</li><li>Product Development: Work closely with product &amp; s/w development team to enhance our two product platforms,Plug&amp;Charge and Intercharge.</li><li>Product Roadmap: Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and define release schedules.</li></ul>Communication<ul><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.</li><li>Customer Support: Offer ongoing technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive solutions to maximize their experience with our products.</li><li>Account Management: Manage the relationship for major accounts &amp; assist with product demos, new customer outreach, etc.</li></ul></div><div>Technical Enablement<ul><li>Technical Expertise: Develop into a subject matter expert on our products, providing guidance to customers on configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of data and configurations within the platform during the onboarding process.</li><li>Training and Documentation: Create and deliver training materials, documentation, and resources to empower customers to use our platform effectively.</li><li>Market Research &amp; Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the EV market.</li></ul></div> Your Profile Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering or related field</li><li>2+ years as a Product Manager (tech or automotive industry experience)</li><li>Experience managing large-scale IT projects (ex: onboarding clients to the s/w platforms)</li><li>Understanding of electric vehicle technology and associated software solutions</li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Willingness to travel up to four times annually within the U.S. and once internationally</li><li>Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship</li></ul> Language Start date Location Irvine, CA or remote (within the U.S.)
