This role is designed for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is looking to take ownership of critical data pipelines and market integrations. While we are looking for a "full-stack" capable engineer, your first 6–12 months will focus heavily on back-end systems, data ingestion, and infrastructure. We foster a culture of trust and collaboration where employees are encouraged to grow and thrive.<h3>Description</h3>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Data &amp; Market Integration:&nbsp;Design and implement ETL pipelines and automation for existing processes against Market APIs</li><li>System Reliability:&nbsp;Balance the need for rapid feature delivery with the robustness required to support a NERC CIP compliant 24/7 Operations Center.</li><li>Infrastructure Evolution:&nbsp;Maintain and suggest improvements for our AWS Serverless architecture and infrastructure-as-code deployments.</li><li>Financial Systems:&nbsp;Support the development of financial settlement tools and reporting.</li><li>Internal Tooling:&nbsp;Improve the day-to-day experience for internal teams by refining dashboards and internal tools.</li><li>Full-Stack Support:&nbsp;While primarily back-end focused initially, you will support changes to our front-end UI as needed.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Experience:&nbsp;2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
