By bringing together the world’s largest network of clean energy developers, buyers, advisors and financiers, and delivering the platform they need to move faster, LevelTen Energy is advancing our shared goal: accelerating the energy transition.</p><p>As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with others across the organization to advance our revenue targets and strategic initiatives targeted at clean energy project developers and buyers.</p><p>LevelTen offers a package of solutions, which means you’ll need to support the marketing of multiple products that deliver value to multiple audiences. The role requires the ability to think like a clean energy buyer, as well as a developer, and to deeply understand our suite of solutions so that you can execute a strategic marketing plan that effectively communicates our value proposition. </p><p>Although prior experience in the clean energy industry isn’t required, it would certainly give you a head start.</p><h3>Duties and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Generate demand:</li><ul><li>Collaborate with teammates that specialize in content marketing, demand generation and communications to launch campaigns that bring in new opportunities</li></ul><li>Campaign planning and positioning:</li><ul><li>Collaborate with Marketing Director and Sr Marketing Manager to develop and maintain strategic go-to market plans for LevelTen’s suite of products targeted at various audiences </li><li>Gather input from sales teams and talk to customers to refine product messaging, positioning and identify new opportunities</li></ul><li>Execute marketing campaigns:</li><ul><li>Draft copy for marketing campaigns, including email and digital advertising</li><li>Build and deploy email and social media campaigns</li><li>Own day-to-day event participation including, buying tickets, booking reservations, and collaborating with Comms team as needed to determine talking points</li><li>Manage and develop quarterly campaign performance metrics and reports to inform our future campaigns</li></ul><li>Enable sales:</li><ul><li>Create content for the customer engagement team to use in conversations, including slide decks, one-sheets, and PDFs to help advance prospects through the sales funnel</li><li>Conduct competitive and industry landscape research and manage our competitive overview library to create clear, actionable insights for Account Managers</li><li>Develop product messaging and Q&amp;A</li></ul></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2-3+ years of marketing experience, experience in renewable energy or sustainability is highly desired.</li><li>Knowledge of product marketing best practices, including account-based marketing strategies and tactics.</li><li>Proficient with Salesforce and Pardot or alternative CRM and ESP</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to simplify complex technical information and communicate value propositions.</li><li>Experience developing high quality, customer-facing content for sales conversations.</li><li>Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>A bias for action and a demonstrated ability to work successfully within a matrixed organization.</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Clean energy experience (solar, wind, battery storage, hydrogen, energy markets)</li><li>Studied climate, energy, or sustainability in school</li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn Business Manager </li></ul><h3>Benefits / Perks</h3><ul><li>Full Medical, Vision and Dental coverage</li><li>Wellness Credit</li><li>Flexible vacation policy</li><li>11 paid company holidays</li><li>401k</li></ul><h3>In the Seattle office</h3><ul><li>Casual dress code</li><li>Commuter benefits</li><li>Standing desk options</li><li>Regular company-sponsored happy hours</li><li>Hybrid in-office/work from home schedule</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>This position is based out of our office in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, WA (hybrid work schedule). </li><li>The estimated compensation for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
