In this role you will work at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, SPAN hardware, energy data visualizations, device and cloud side data structures, and APIs. You will dive deep into the current (and future) product capabilities to define a vision and execute on a prioritized product roadmap. You will bring a rigor and scrappiness to the product organization, always working backwards from the customer and leveraging research, discovery, technical depth, and honed intuition.Reporting to SPAN’s Head of Product, you'll ensure harmony across our product ecosystem by collaborating closely with the heads of Hardware products, Platform products, Installer experience, Design, Engineering, and Sales. You will champion user-centric design and product strategies, demonstrating how to prototype and iterate quickly while holding a high bar for quality, and delivering software-enabled features that bring cost savings, convenience, comfort, and carbon-reduction to homes equipped with a SPAN Panel.Transforming the user's perception of electricity will be at the heart of your role.
