In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining timely, accurate HR system data and driving Workday strategy with a deep focus on Time/Attendance, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, Security, and Business Process Management.You will work independently to tackle complex functional problems, acting as a bridge between technical configurations and business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into Workday solutions and explain complex system behaviors in plain language to end-users.This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in the United Kingdom to maintain effective collaboration across teams.What You'll Do:System Configuration &amp; Optimization<ul style=""><li>Core Modules: Lead the configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday modules, specifically focusing on Advanced Compensation, Security, and Business Process Management.</li><li>Complex Time Tracking: Lead the configuration of Time &amp; Attendance with a specific focus on managing complex EMEA-regional requirements (e.g., Working Time Directives, varied holiday calendars, and overtime rules).</li><li>Solution Design: Tackle complex functional problems by identifying and evaluating data, crafting innovative solutions even when information is limited.</li><li>Process Improvement: Proactively recommend process improvements, policy changes, or innovative solutions to meet business challenges, ensuring approval by leadership prior to implementation.</li></ul>Reporting, Analytics &amp; Compliance<ul style=""><li>Compliance: Serve as a point of contact for global data regulations, with a specific focus on GDPR and data privacy. Act as a key partner in maintaining SOX compliance, managing the required documentation, and ensuring all system controls meet rigorous audit standards.</li><li>Report Writing: Write, maintain, and support a variety of complex reports and queries to support ongoing business needs.</li><li>Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity by establishing and performing audits, and analyzing data relationships between connected systems.</li></ul>Stakeholder Consultation &amp; Influence<ul style=""><li>Strategic Partnering: Act as a consultative partner to HRBP, Total Rewards, and Payroll teams, proactively identifying where Workday configuration can solve business pain points before they become escalations.</li><li>Translation: Translate complex business requirements into effective Workday configurations, and conversely, translate technical Workday concepts into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Support &amp; Training: Provide high-level support for researching and resolving unexpected system results or process flaws. Develop user procedures and train stakeholders on new processes and functionality.</li></ul>Project Management<ul style=""><li>Project Lead: Utilize project management skills to manage specific HR initiatives, working independently from requirements gathering to deployment.</li><li>Prioritization: Effectively prioritize conflicting needs from multiple stakeholders to ensure critical business deadlines are met.</li></ul>About You:<ul style=""><li>Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Workday experience, with a primary focus on system configuration and optimization.</li><li>Experience leading at least one full-cycle implementation or major optimization project in Time &amp; Absence or Advanced Comp.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Possess an understanding of Workday configuration, specifically in:<ul style=""><li>Time &amp; Attendance (EMEA focus preferred)</li><li>Advanced Compensation</li><li>Report Writing</li><li>Security Configuration</li><li>Business Process Framework</li></ul></li><li>Communication: Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences—translating business needs into config and technical constraints into plain language.</li><li>Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills required to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate unique situations using advanced analysis.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul style=""><li>Experience with US Benefits configuration.</li><li>Experience with Workday Integrations.</li><li>Proficiency in building Dashboards.</li><li>Familiarity with the Talent module.</li></ul>#LI-PD1#LI-RemoteIf you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
