If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><p>The <strong>Fastening Team Member</strong> will be responsible to provide support to the daily operation, minimize production downtime, and solving technical issues related with torque systems on production of Company’s world-class vehicles. Excellent attendance is crucial for team to achieve success. She/he must have the ability to work with various departments across General Assembly. They will also be required to work closely with engineering, quality, and suppliers in various aspects of the overall manufacturing process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Company and outside.<span> </span></p><p> </p><p><strong>You Will:<span> </span></strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical support and guidance on fastening-related matters</li><li>Support with troubleshooting for basic issues related with the fastening system.<span> </span></li><li>Provide support on data interpretation for Quality related issues</li><li>Work as an integral part of the Production Fastening Team to ensure smooth operations and efficient output.<span> </span></li><li>Collaborate with different departments to meet production goals.<span> </span></li><li>Support line calls for torque system.<span> </span></li><li>Responsible for performing torque surveillance procedure and report.<span> </span></li><li>Conduct calibration for several types of Torque systems per WIS<span> </span></li><li>Work with Manufacturing Engineers to support process change implementations.<span> </span></li><li>Setup, install and maintain Torque equipment to meet quality goals.<span> </span></li><li>Responsible for implementing reaction plan for systems damage according to GA (General Assembly) procedures.<span> </span></li><li>Work with Fastening Engineers to inventory torque systems, accessories, and spares.<span> </span></li><li>Follow standardized procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards.<span> </span></li><li>Strictly adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all staff members.<span> </span></li><li>Adherence to Environmental Health and Safety standards including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by job assignment.<span> </span></li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.<span> </span></li><li>Assist in the continuous improvement of Fastening processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.<span> </span></li><li>Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new environments.<span> </span></li><li>Comfortable learning recent technology<span> </span></li><li>Flexibility to support any shift including day, night, and swing shifts, as needed.
