With employees scattered across nearly all time zones, the technologies and processes we implement are paramount to our success.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Location:</b> (Remote; EST preferred)</div><div><br></div><div><b>Salary:</b> $70,000 - $90,000, plus equity (depending on location and experience)</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Answer incoming support requests regarding software, services, hardware, or networking issues promptly.</li><li>Manages and tracks the ticketing system, ensuring all employees are updated on support requests</li><li>Documents processes, solutions, or problems in a way that helps the Information Technology team scale solutions for the company. </li><li>Notifies direct leadership regarding recurring issues or patterns of problems in the environment; tries to find solutions to systemic issues, and presents their solutions to the team for implementation. </li><li>Escalates issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.</li><li>Maintains the confidentiality and privacy of employee and company-sensitive data.</li><li>Performs assigned tasks promptly with accuracy, efficiency, and empathy.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school degree or equivalent required, or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge and expertise. </li><li>At least 2 years of experience providing IT support to an organization</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Experience providing technical support and solutions to customers</li><li>Ability to think critically about problems and solve them independently </li><li>Knowledge of IT systems</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience managing IT systems: Google Workspace, Google Docs Suite, Microsoft Azure AD &amp; Office 365, AWS, Cloud storage solutions (Google Drive, Dropbox, Google Cloud Platform, AWS/S3), Single Sign On and Identity Management, Email &amp; Chat services administration</li><li>Customer Service training or certification</li></ul><br><div><b>About Terraformation</b></div><div><br></div><div>Terraformation is committed to addressing climate change through the power of native forest restoration.
