They just need to come back. On the energy side, Redwood has deployed the largest second-life battery project in the world, delivering power to AI data centers in months rather than years using proprietary energy architecture engineered entirely in-house. The company is profitable, the market it operates in is projected to grow 20 to 50 times over the next decade, and Redwood is the only company with the supply chain, the technology, and the operational scale to lead it.</div></div></div></div></div></div>Staff Software Engineer Redwood Materials runs North America's largest battery recycling operation on Redwood OS, our internal software platform. Redwood OS owns warehouse management and manufacturing, the operations and maintenance that keep them running, and integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our ERP. It is the system of record for a $3B+ business, and we will be building on it for years. We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own a domain of that platform end to end: shaping what gets built with the business, designing it, shipping it, and running it in production.
