Monitor and follow up orders according to risk assessments and project needs. Supplier Management:<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.</li><li>Negotiate and maintain supplier frame agreements and maintain catalogues in procurement tool</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues related to delays or discrepancies with Supply Management.</li></ul> System Development and  Maintenance:<ul><li>Support development of indirect procurement tool</li><li>Act as key user and administrator of the tool and support end users with training and operational</li><li>Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the procurement tool.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement (preferably indirect but not mandatory), purchasing, or supply chain management.</li></ul> Skills <ul><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in procurement software (SAP preferably) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
