Counsel: •    Serve as a trusted communications advisor to the CEO, CFO, CMO and executive leadership team. •    Develop executive messaging, media preparation, speaking points, and thought leadership content. •    Provide clear, steady counsel in sensitive situations, ensuring alignment, credibility, and confidence.  Analyst Relations (Corporate Focus): •    Lead corporate analyst relations in partnership with marketing,government relations and product leadership. •    Ensure analysts clearly understand Landis+Gyr’s strategy, differentiation, and evolution. •    Support briefings, inquiries, and ongoing engagement to reinforce consistent positioning.  Crisis &amp;
