Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Perform routine workplace inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.</li><li>Assist in incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Close HSE actions by following up on corrective and preventive measures until completion.</li><li>Execute actions derived from findings or risk assessments, ensuring timely mitigation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the contractor management program, verifying that external personnel adhere to company HSE standards.</li><li>Monitor compliance with HSE procedures, PPE usage, and emergency preparedness plans.</li><li>Assist in internal, external and corporate audits, providing documentation, evidence, and support to demonstrate compliance.</li><li>Deliver safety training, awareness campaigns, and emergency preparedness drills.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, good catches and safety audits.</li><li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.</li><li>Collaborate with supervisors to implement safety improvements in production areas.</li><li>Report findings and recommendations to the HSE Officer.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Technical degree or diploma in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.</li><li>0 – 1 years of experience in occupational health, safety, or environmental roles.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting tools.</li><li>Language skills: Local language; English B2 (beneficial).</li><li>Willingness to be in manufacturing environment and site-based.</li><li>Ability to read, understand and apply legal norms and standards.</li><li>Communication skills, Teamwork, Resilience, Presentation sills, Organization skills, Attention to detail.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
