Job Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials and products, verifying quantities against purchase orders and identifying any discrepancies or damage. * Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to customer orders and shipping instructions, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging. * Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner. * Maintain accurate inventory records through proper scanning, labeling, and data entry into the warehouse management system (WMS). * Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to minimize discrepancies. * Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. * Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance as required. * Collaborate with other warehouse staff, logistics teams, and internal departments to resolve issues and optimize processes. * Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers. * Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality control issues to supervisors.
