The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Bermeo, Spain.   What you will be doing  The R&amp;D Test Engineer is responsible for planning, preparing, and executing engine test campaigns, ensuring accurate data collection and safe operation of advanced engine platforms. This role involves close collaboration with plant personnel, instrumentation and automation teams, and external experts to guarantee that engine and all systems are ready for testing and that tests are completed efficiently and without incidents. The role demands initiative, adaptability and a commitment to operational excellence, as well as the ability to work under pressure in complex testing environments. Technical and Operational Skills: Degree in electronic/automation, mechanical, energy, or industrial engineering, with experience in internal combustion engines.Strong ability to plan, organize, and coordinate activities in an industrial environment.Capability to interpret and validate electrical, hydraulic, and automation diagrams.Capacity to make sound technical decisions under pressure, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on schedule.
