This individual will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, manage daily office operations, and assist upper management and owners with administrative tasks. A successful candidate will be able to maintain attention to detail while completing a variety of tasks that require administrative and customer service skills.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Office Supplies Management</h3><ul><li>Take inventory of office supplies and equipment (e.g., computers, phones, desks)</li><li>Maintain inventory records and update as new items are purchased or disposed of</li><li>Order and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth office operations</li><li>Ensure office tidiness and organized supply stations</li></ul><h3>Permit and Fee Administration</h3><ul><li>Pay permit and interconnection fees on a daily basis while maintaining accurate weekly and monthly logs</li><li>Track due dates, payment amounts, and confirmations for all permit-related expenses</li><li>Print, file, and organize permit and interconnection documentation</li><li>Prepare permit packages for mailing, pickup, or drop-off as required</li><li>Print and mail permit applications as needed</li></ul><h3>Front Desk Operations</h3><ul><li>Greet and check in/out visitors and staff</li><li>Answer general office phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments</li></ul><h3>Administrative Support</h3><ul><li>Assist upper management and owners with a variety of administrative tasks</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to support workflows and ensure tasks are completed efficiently</li><li>Learn all other administrative roles and provide coverage during vacations or sick leave</li><li>Assist other departments as needed, including but not limited to:<ul><li>Supporting the service department by contacting Enphase and SolarEdge for issue resolution</li><li>Supporting the inspection department by maintaining the inspection board and contacting building departments to clarify inspection processes</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Additional Duties</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure operational efficiency</li><li>Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by upper management</li></ul><div style="list-style-type:circle;"><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in the solar or construction industry</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li></ul></div><h2>Benefits</h2>We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental, vision, and paid time off.
