This role will have a strong focus on Workday Operations with a strong background in core HCM and security while also supporting broader HRIT initiatives across Core HCM. The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday expertise and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.What You Will Do<ul><li>Lead the configuration, optimization, and support of core HCM, security and analytics</li><li>Act as a Workday subject matter expert, especially in core HCM and security, supporting full-cycle development, configuration, and deployment.</li><li>Conduct data analysis, rationalization, and cleanup to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems.</li><li>Prepare and maintain HRIT process flows, procedures, and job aids to support operational excellence and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, COEs, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Monitor service delivery queues, respond to inquiries, and proactively troubleshoot and resolve system issues.</li><li>Lead and support system upgrades, testing cycles, and user acceptance testing (UAT).</li><li>Enable and build effective Workday dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, including SOX regulations, and support internal and external audit requirements.</li></ul><h3></h3>What You BringRequired:<ul><li>7+ years of experience in HRIT or HR technology roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on Workday experience, including core HCM and security.</li><li>Strong understanding of global HR processes, compliance requirements, and third-party vendor integrations.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a global, matrixed environment.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools for data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li></ul>Benefits of Joining Albemarle<ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>A diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.</li></ul>Choose to unlock your full POTENTIAL.
