Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Oversee SAP Systems Operations</li><li>Manage incident, problem, and change management</li><li>Oversee SAP monitoring, job scheduling, and system health checks</li><li>Coordinate with BASIS, functional, and infrastructure teams</li><li>Define and track SLAs/KPIs for SAP support and operations</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of tickets and user issues</li><li>Manage internal and external teams managing application support.</li><li>Plan upgrades, patches, and enhancement packs</li><li>Manage transports across Dev, QA, and Production</li><li>Ensure minimal downtime during releases</li><li>Maintain system documentation and runbooks</li><li>Implement SAP security, authorizations, and compliance controls</li><li>Support audits (SOX, internal, external)</li><li>Identify automation and efficiency opportunities</li><li>Improve system performance and reduce downtime</li><li>Implement best practices across modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, etc.)</li><li>Support digital transformation initiatives</li><li>Lead SAP functional, technical, and support teams</li><li>Act as bridge between COE IT, HQ Operations director and business teams.</li><li>Manage vendors, consultants, and offshore teams including resource allocations and cost.</li><li>Conduct governance meetings with leadership</li><li>You will contribute as senior member of RUN team to ensure service onboarding during rollouts and other key project initiatives.</li><li>Creating know how and design documents in collaboration with Solution Architects &amp; Consultants.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>University degree in computer science or a comparable degree with skills and experience as a software developer</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or Economics with a strong interest in affinity with Information Technology. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in computer science with minor in business administration.</li><li>Minimum of 15 years job specific and hands-on SAP work experience with demonstrated professional growth and achievement. Prior work experience in a manufacturing organization of comparable size, business diversity, scope and complexity a plus.</li><li>SAP S/4 HANA experience is a major plus.</li><li>At least 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP roll outs.
