Works include marine works and tunnels, seawater intake system, a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant, groundwater system, drinking water storage and pump system, supported by civil, electrical and bulk earthworks.<br><br><b>Key responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Implementation of site materials management systems and procedures</li><li>Ensure the input of identified material requirements into the Materials management system</li><li>Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of materials and equipment to the Site</li><li>Manage the safe offloading of materials from trailers and the unpacking of transport and shipping containers</li><li>Receipt and store materials in compliance with the OEM requirements</li><li>Implement materials receipting, OS&amp;D reporting, warehousing and work pack development and issuance to construction processes and procedures</li><li>Work closely with Construction on reviewing the availability of materials for workpack development and issuing to Construction workfronts</li><li>Work with Construction to plan and forecast site plant equipment requirements including mobilisation and demobilisation dates</li><li>Work with plant and equipment hire companies on the mobilisation and demobilisation of plant and equipment to maximise</li><li>Work with cost control on the forecast of plant and equipment control accounts.</li></ul><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Required Skills and Competencies</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><ul><li>Strong experience in applying health and safety standard to materials offloading and storage facilities</li><li>&gt;5 years warehousing, laydown and materials management experience</li><li>Materials management experience working in multi-discipline complex projects</li><li>Experience in setting up and operating site materials storage yards and warehousing</li><li>Experience in the utilisation of a materials management system</li><li>Experience working with construction teams on the tracking and coordinating of materials tracking, receipt, storage and issuing to Construction</li><li>Experience working with construction teams on the tracking and coordinating of plant and equipment</li></ul><p><br><b>What we offer</b><br>At ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
