<p><strong>Euclid: Where Projects Take Shape</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Utility-Scale Solutions leadership team, the <strong>Development Program Manager</strong> will serve as the Deal Lead for Euclid’s utility-scale development engagements. In this role, you will own the Pre-NTP engagement strategy, commercial positioning, and executive-level client communication.</p><p>Historically, Euclid’s founders have led these engagements directly. We’re not afraid to think big and be bold, as we’re building not only a future we believe in but a workplace culture that we’re proud to be a part of.</p><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><ul><li><strong>Serve as Deal Lead for utility-scale development engagements</strong>, owning overall engagement strategy, commercial positioning, and client communication from origination through NTP.</li><li><strong>Guide clients through the full development lifecycle</strong>, including ability to discuss capital stack and financial structuring at a high level, EPC strategy, execution planning, commissioning, and long-term opex considerations.</li><li><strong>Lead executive-level client discussions</strong>, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Partner with Sales to support pursuits</strong>, including scope definition, proposal development, and commercial strategy.</li><li><strong>Delegate and oversee execution workstreams</strong> across internal team members, ensuring clarity of ownership, high-quality deliverables, and on-time performance.</li><li><strong>Collaborate closely with technical and financial leaders</strong> to ensure development scopes are technically sound, financially rigorous, and aligned with client objectives.</li><li><strong>Drive clean handoffs into EPC and Asset Management phases</strong>, ensuring continuity, documentation, and alignment across teams.</li><li><strong>Contribute to the evolution of Euclid’s utility-scale development offering</strong>, helping define repeatable processes, mentor team members, and strengthen execution standards.</li></ul><h2>Who You Are</h2><ul><li><strong>Deep experience in utility-scale renewable energy development</strong>, with a track record of leading projects from origination through NTP.</li><li>Strong commercial and financial acumen, including familiarity with capex modeling, financing structures, and EPC strategy. Deep understanding of project pro-formas. You don’t just "use" models; you can explain how a 5% shift in EPC capex or a change in interest rates ripples through the flip structure to affect the sponsor's bottom line.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate as an executive-facing engagement leader, you are comfortable leading C-suite conversations and navigating complex stakeholder environments.</li><li>Demonstrated fluency in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and its impact on utility-scale solar and BESS deployment.</li><li>Proven ability to present complex technical risks (interconnection delays, supply chain volatility) to an investment committee or C-suite in terms of "dollars at risk" and "mitigation costs."</li><li>Proven ability to own outcomes, not just tasks, you think strategically about engagement success rather than defaulting to project management mechanics.</li><li>Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience coordinating development, transmission &amp; distribution, engineering, construction, and commercial teams.</li><li>Ability to balance business development support with execution leadership.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent professional experience).</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Background with a developer, IPP, investor, or infrastructure fund.</li><li>Experience with energy storage in addition to utility-scale solar.</li><li>Experience scaling or standardizing development programs across multiple projects or markets.</li><li>Exposure to complex, multi-asset portfolios.</li></ul><h2>Tools We Use</h2><ul><li>Notion</li><li>Slack</li><li>MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</li><li>Euclid platform and internal knowledge library tools</li><li>ChatGPT and other AI-assisted tooling for prompt development and workflow testing</li></ul><h2>Why You’ll Love Working With Us</h2><ul><li>⌨️ Remote work, forever!</li><li>🪄 Competitive benchmarked compensation</li><li>🩺 Health and Retirement Benefits</li><li>🌴 Flexible Time Off</li><li>🚀 Exciting, mission-driven work that has impact</li><li>🧳Regular Company offsites</li></ul><h2>How You’ll Be Compensated</h2><p>The starting base salary for this role is $180,000 - $200,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation.
