You will conduct in-depth assessments of suppliers’ quality systems, production capabilities, and capacity resilience to mitigate supply chain risks and will establish criteria for supplier tiering based on risk levels and performance metrics.3. You will drive corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives with underperforming supplier and will implement real-time monitoring dashboards to track supplier quality metrics and escalate issues proactively.4. You will design and deliver training programs to enhance SQE technical skills and will foster a culture of continuous learning through workshops, cross-site knowledge-sharing, and mentorship.5. You will partner with regional SQ leads and global experts to standardize methodologies, share best practices, and resolve cross-border quality disputes.6.
