You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and operators in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, supporting everything from early prototype builds to production-scale deployment. You’ll learn by doing - and what you do will directly impact how we deliver affordable energy at scale.What You’ll Do<ul style=""><li>Collaborate with engineers to design and refine processes, fixtures, and equipment for assembling battery and inverter systems.</li><li>Participate in hands-on prototyping and pilot builds, helping debug issues and improve manufacturability.</li><li>Support factory line layout and workstation design to improve flow, ergonomics, and efficiency.</li><li>Help document assembly processes, write work instructions, and support technician training.</li><li>Analyze data from prototype and production runs to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Contribute to design reviews with a focus on manufacturability and scalability.</li></ul>What You’ll Bring<ul style=""><li>Current junior or senior in an undergraduate program, or a graduate student, in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.</li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical or manufacturing engineering fundamentals.</li><li>Passion for hands-on problem solving and building processes that scale.</li><li>Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD) is a plus.</li><li>Exposure to manufacturing processes, automation, or robotics is a plus.</li><li>Curious, self-motivated, and eager to tackle hard problems with real-world impact.</li></ul>About this TeamMakers of the machines that power tomorrow.
