Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Perfoms project to improve current quality process.</li><li>Collect data to develop process capability.</li><li>Develops and / or translate quality instructions with previous revision and authorization of the quality engineer.</li><li>Collect data to develop MSA studies.</li><li>Participete in the Quality system implementation and /or improve qualtiy process.</li><li>Participe on the quality improvement projects (Scrap reduction, quality records,Kaizen, lean system, VPS projects, 6 sigma, etc.)</li><li>Review with the quality engineer the current processes in order to improve the methods efficiency and/or look for improvement ideas.</li><li>Participate on progams and HSE activities.</li><li>Interacts with production department to develop a better method that helps the operator to reach a efficient process and meets the customer requirements.</li><li>Support to the quality team on general activities according to the project general timing (schedule).</li><li>Works with the quality team about the PPAP preparetion.</li><li>Support into the implemaentation of the firewall process  team during the samples, pre-series and SOP phases to obtain a successful result.</li><li>Support when it is needed to the quality engineerr on the APQP following activities according to the established dates on every phase.</li><li>Support, follow up and implementation of quality activities assigned by the process engineer throught the continuos revision of these activities.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Student of industrial Engineering or Similar.English The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
