Headquartered in Champaign, IL, Cache’s mission is to deliver scalable, domestically manufactured solutions that strengthen energy resilience and independence across industrial, grid, and defense applications. of two U.S. Department of Energy awards, a testament to our groundbreaking technologyKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the industrial heat and energy storage market.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and partners.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.</li><li>Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.</li><li>Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and proﬁtability targets.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure seamless client integration and satisfaction.</li><li>Represent Cache Energy at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.</li></ul>Qualiﬁcations<ul><li>Technical background in chemical, mechanical or energy systems is preferred</li><li>Understanding of industrial process heat equipment and related systems is preferred</li><li>Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, in electricity or natural gas, preferably within the heat electriﬁcation and energy storage.</li><li>Strong understanding of energy storage technologies and market dynamics.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed.</li></ul>Beneﬁts<ul><li>100% health, dental and vision coverage</li><li>At par market salary tuned to the level to experience</li><li>Unlimited PTO</li><li>Stock options</li></ul>Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume here on Climatebase along with a cover letter outlining qualiﬁcations and experience.
