<div>Job Type</div><div>Full-time</div><p><strong>Equipment Services Plus i</strong>s seeking a reliable, hardworking Shop Hand to assist with daily operations at our Joliet location. </p><p>This position is perfect for someone hands-on, organized, and eager to help where needed. </p><p><br></p><p>The Shop Hand will support the shop staff by maintaining cleanliness, making parts runs, and handling various tasks that may arise throughout the day.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Maintain the shop's cleanliness and organization (sweeping, trash removal, wiping down surfaces, etc.). </li><li>Assist technicians and shop staff as needed. </li><li>Perform parts runs to local suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. </li><li>Organize inventory and stock supplies.</li><li>Help maintain tools and equipment. </li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.</li><li>Complete other general shop duties as assigned. </li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record </li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs. </li><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn </li><li>Ability to follow directions and work independently  </li><li>Previous shop or warehouse experience is a plus, but is not required </li><li>Punctual and dependable</li></ul><p><strong> Work Environment</strong> </p><ul><li>Fast-paced shop environment </li><li>Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision after 60 days of employment</li><li>Vacation - Sick Time</li><li>Hourly Wage: $18.00 - $24.00</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule </strong></p><ul><li>Monday-Friday </li></ul><p><br></p><div>Salary Description</div><div>$18 - $24</div>
