An understanding of derivatives and trading platforms is a key requirement for the role.The Associate Product Manager will focus on key delivery portfolios within the change organization-including transformation and regulatory initiatives-while supporting day-to-day business activities as required.Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Contribute to the definition, prioritization, and delivery of new derivatives product initiatives across Liquidnet.</li><li>Lead or support the gathering, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements.</li><li>Coordinate day‑to‑day work across cross‑functional teams—including Technology, Sales &amp; Trading, Operations, and Compliance—to ensure alignment and timely delivery.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.</li><li>Participate in design, build, and testing phases of product and platform enhancements.</li><li>Track milestones, update project plans, and provide weekly status reporting, including risks, issues, and dependencies.</li><li>Support run‑the‑business activities, including defect triage, BAU enhancements, and operational queries.</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning and change management initiatives across the futures and options product portfolio.</li><li>Perform additional duties as required to support team objectives and broader business goals.</li></ul>Experience / CompetenciesEssential<ul><li>3+ years of experience in a product management, business analysis, or technical role within electronic trading.</li><li>Strong understanding of futures and equity options markets.</li><li>Solid knowledge of electronic trading platforms, workflows, and market structure.</li><li>Excellent project management, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability, with the capacity to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.</li><li>Ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Broader financial markets knowledge across asset classes.</li><li>Experience managing or contributing to multi‑month technology delivery projects.</li><li>Familiarity with FIX protocol, market data, or order routing systems.</li></ul>Job Band &amp; Level: Professional, 5$100,000-$150,000 (Based on experience)#LNET #LI-HybridNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
