Work with multi-disciplinary team to setup, qualify, and maintain a new molding-based production line. Work to document and improve our molding processes. Experience with Encapsulation molding, transfer molding, compression molding, and/or potting preferred.Detailed Description:<ul><li>Developing and maintaining clear and accurate documentation of molding equipment or processes</li><li>Assists in the procurement and installation of equipment and all other duties assigned</li><li>Works closely with production and engineering by communicating and facilitating recommendations and design changes as applicable</li><li>Perform any special assignment in or outside the department when requested</li><li>Determine problem resolutions and implement improvements</li><li>Evaluate manufacturing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems</li><li>Ensuring Manufacturing processes and equipment comply with safety standards</li><li>Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure collaboration</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering a must</li><li>Minimum of 2 years hands on practical experience supporting and designing molds and molding systems</li><li>Minimum of 2 years hands on practical experience in a production and/or assembly environment</li><li>Equipment trouble shooting skills - you will often need to debug or trouble shoot an existing system</li><li>Communication skills- will need to be able to explain novel and complex ideas to stakeholders of all levels and within multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Problem Solving and creative thinking</li><li>Flexibility and Adaptability</li><li>Must have knowledge and experience in Lean and/or Sigma</li><li>Desired knowledge of Project Management, Risk Assessment, and Design of Experiments</li></ul>#DGO</div></div></div></div></div>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
