AECOM’s Water Business Line is seeking a dynamic, talented Water-Wastewater Senior Project Manager for immediate employment to be based out of our Virginia Beach, VA office. Candidate will manage, plan and lead engineering design and evaluation projects for water/wastewater treatment plants and associated infrastructure. The appropriate qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in water and wastewater projects.  This position offers a unique opportunity to work within an established and successful group that offers a diverse range of technical challenges and career development opportunities. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Manage water and wastewater projects from planning through design and construction.</li><li>Responsibility of the project, including but not limited to financial performance, schedule, staffing, execution, and contract closeout.</li><li>Provides guidance to and mentors subordinate staff.</li><li>Ensure company project policies are followed.</li><li>Participation in water community activities including Water Environment Federation and American Water Works Association.</li><li>Leads business development activities, pursuing new clients/projects, and managing project deliveries.</li><li>Leads with an interest in developing and mentoring team members and demonstrated ability to successfully work in diverse teams and projects.</li></ul>
