Performs the required processes of cleaning, documenting, and testing of Cooler parts, subassemblies, and finished goods. Utilizes production tooling, computers, and specialized equipment required for production and material/WIP tracking. Identifies and documents discrepant material. Interacts with Coworkers, Managers, and Engineering.This position will be a 2nd Shift position with hours from 03:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This position will train for the first 8-12 weeks on the 1st Shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift.Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Precision mechanical assembly and adhesive application following work instructions</li><li>Perform measurements and tests from test procedures and document results</li><li>Data entry for travelers and WIP tracking</li><li>Assist Engineering in developmental processes, as necessary</li><li>Several cleaning operations</li><li>Miscellaneous support functions, as necessary</li></ul>Job Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be able to communicate orally, read, and write using the English language</li><li>Ability to work using hands and have good manual dexterity with attention to detail</li><li>Basic computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word</li><li>Must be able to visually inspect small parts</li><li>Must be able to use small hand tools like tweezers, hex keys, and probes/picks</li><li>Must be able to use a microscope</li><li>Must be able to use hands to move and assemble very small parts and fastening devices</li><li>Must be able to sit for extended periods of time</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., unassisted</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>2+ years related experience with electro-mechanical assembly</li><li>Ability to read and understand written test procedures</li></ul>Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.  Salary Range: $44,500.00-$59,300.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
