In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between initial product design and high-volume production, overseeing the entire lifecycle of battery module and pack assembly processes. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team while spearheading the procurement and commissioning of cutting-edge manufacturing equipment.The ideal candidate is a technical expert in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Lean principles, possessing the project management prowess to navigate complex product launches and knowing how to advance the manufacturing design effectively.
