Each Prologis PM covers a region of the Americas working on a variety of solar &amp; energy storage projects; collaborating together with other PMs and team members on best practices and innovation. The PMs are supported by Project Coordinators, Engineers, &amp; contracted Construction Managers. The Energy PMs work is critical to achieving our commitment to reach Net Zero operations globally by 2040 and operate 1GW of Solar &amp; Storage assets by 2025. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities for 60+ projects with 10+ in construction phase at any given time.  </li><li>Managing the relationship and work of 2-3 EPC partners; prioritizing each portfolio of projects to optimize efficiencies, maximizing utilization of their capacity and growth potential.</li><li>Forecasting and benchmarking progress against quarterly goals and monthly targets for Mechanical Completion &amp; Placed in Service milestones. </li><li>Accountable for internal reporting of key milestones and status of assigned projects, weekly.  </li><li>Managing power purchase agreement requirements, exceeding expectations of all customers, producing customer facing reports, and leading regular meetings with Fortune 100 companies, CCAs, &amp; other IOUs.</li><li>Coordinating various scopes effectively between EPC partners, utilities, and Prologis property management teams</li><li>Drive timely delivery of utility interconnection deliverables, designs, and upgrades.</li><li>Manage Prologis owned inventory of equipment and timely delivery of same to job sites. </li><li>Supporting Sales and Development with scope, schedule, &amp; cost reviews; constructability &amp; value engineering input; risk assessments; interconnection coordination; and contracting input. </li><li>Facilitate timely close of projects; collection, review, and approval of all asset records; and a smooth hand-off to Prologis Asset Management team and our O&amp;M partners. </li><li>Innovate and develop creative solutions for industry and project specific challenges.</li><li>Develop and improve processes, procedures, and best practices </li><li>Demonstrate willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
