Reimagine What’s Possible  Job Summary:The Assets Management Lead is accountable for ensuring stable revenue generation, contractual compliance, and commercial performance of BHIG’s operating assets. The role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, JV Partners, and external stakeholders to maximize asset profitability, ensure accurate billing and collections, manage contracts and stakeholder relationships, and support future growth.Nature and Scope:The role operates at the interface between commercial, operational, and financial functions, with accountability across live plant operations, asset lifecycle activities, and customer contracts. The position requires frequent engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders and plays a key role in account management governance, reporting, and compliance. Principal Accountabilities:Asset Commercial &amp; O&amp;M Support<ul><li>Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to address O&amp;M commercial matters and cost optimization initiatives.</li><li>Support asset lifecycle activities including upgrades, debottlenecking, and infrastructure projects.</li><li>Verify and align process, metering, and operational data to support accurate billing and reporting.</li><li>Drive initiatives to maximize asset efficiency and productivity.</li></ul>Business, Financial &amp; Asset Management<ul><li>Manage commercial and financial performance of operating assets, including revenue assurance and margin enhancement.</li><li>Lead timely billing, collections, and dispute resolution activities.</li><li>Partner with Finance and JV stakeholders on financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li></ul>Contract &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Lead contract management and commercial advisory activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance requirements.</li><li>Prepare and issue formal communications, notices, and claims.</li><li>Interface with Business Development and JV Partners on account management and growth opportunities contractual analysis and research to inform on the company obligations and advise on necessary actions</li><li>Coordinate with all required functions to prepare notices and claims</li><li>Lead the preparation of the notices and claims, and securing necessary reviews and approvals within company governance.</li></ul> External Interface &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Coordinate with utilities, regulators, and authorities on commercial and compliance matters.</li><li>Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance activities.</li></ul> Operational Excellence<ul><li>Drive process standardization and digitization across commercial workflows.</li><li>Apply lessons learned to improve contract execution and governance.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements and Qualifications <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Legal, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in commercial, contract management, asset management, or business roles within energy, industrial gases, petrochemicals, oil &amp; gas, or utilities.</li><li>Skills: Strong contract interpretation, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and structured communication.</li></ul> #LI-LG1 Founded in 1940, Air Products is a world-leading industrial gases company and has a proud history of innovation, operational excellence, with an unwavering commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
