The role will be responsible for managing OPEX operations, improving processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and financial reporting. In addition, this role will lead/mentor the current team of 3 US-based employees. </div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><span>Manage and mentor the General Ledger team, providing leadership, professional development, and consistent accessibility for support.</span></li><li><span>Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with an ‘all hands on deck’ approach, ensuring timely global reporting and oversight of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.</span></li><li><span>Oversee the end-to-end AP Process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice and payment processing with proper approvals (including but not limited to 1099 filings).</span> </li><li><span>Prepare and review periodic financial statement fluctuation (flux) analyses on a month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter basis.</span></li><li><span>Contribute to the preparation of disclosures and footnotes for external reporting, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits, maintaining the flexibility needed to meet critical deadlines during peak reporting windows.</span></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>7+ years of G/L experience, with 3+ years in a management role. </li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP, accrual accounting, accounting best practices, multi-entry and/or multi-currency enviornment preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. </li><li>Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience working in a high-growth or startup enviornment. </li><li>Process automation and system implementation experience with a proficiency in Netsuite and Rippling Spend is preferred. </li></ul><br><div>Diamond Foundry believes in supporting our employees from the workplace to their personal and home life.
