The RoleThe System Onboarding Associate is an entry-level data entry position working closely with the System Onboarding Team to streamline data, use and format excel templates, and upload new data and accounts into Omnidian’s internal database. This role will be working cross-functionally with different departments on data tasks and will gain exposure to various teams within Omnidian. You'll be joining a team of industry experts that are passionate, motivated and purpose-driven. What You'll DoYou will be working with relevant PDFs, excel and word document files, extracting, entering, validating data, and uploading new data and accounts into Omnidian’s internal database with speed and accuracy. You will be receiving detailed training and instructions in order to perform your task. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and comfortable completing such tasks. This position works fully remotely for the time being.
Who You Are- Previous data entry, administrative, or other relevant experience preferred, but not required- MS Office proficiency required, Excel specifically important- Must be respectful and possess stellar communication skills- Must be comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments

Total Compensation

  • $40k ($19.24/hr)
  • Up to 10% bonus, paid quarterly
  • Eligible for 1.5x overtime
  • 100% monthly insurance premiums for employee paid by Omnidian (50% for dependents)
  • $500/year learning reimbursement stipend
  • $250 one-time remote office set up reimbursement stipend
  • Stock options
