Service Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating, driving, and expanding the Service and Hygiene business within the country.Responsibilities / TasksThe role ensures consistent execution of service processes, strong sales performance, dealer capability development, and an excellent customer experience through a “One Face to the Client” approach. The position serves as a key link between customers, dealers, service teams, production, distribution, and internal business stakeholders.Service &amp; Hygiene Sales Leadership<ul><li>Lead and coordinate Service &amp; Hygiene sales activities across the country within the Farm Technology Division.</li><li>Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate service growth and expand market presence.</li><li>Allocate resources effectively to maximize commercial impact and operational efficiency.</li><li>Define, monitor, and optimize sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the service organization.</li></ul>Service Operations &amp; Business Growth<ul><li>Ensure alignment and performance across all service locations through coordinated execution and standardized processes.</li><li>Drive growth of the Service business, including service contracts, upgrades, spare parts, and hygiene solutions.</li><li>Establish and govern service targets, processes, standards, workflows, and tools across the organization.</li><li>Support the development and execution of the long-term Service Strategy.</li></ul>Market Intelligence &amp; Operational Excellence<ul><li>Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Promote best practices in service delivery, cross-selling, and customer support.</li><li>Drive the implementation of state-of-the-art service processes, methods, and digital tools to enhance efficiency and customer value.</li></ul>Customer &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting key account management when required.</li><li>Act as the primary interface between customers, logistics, and distribution for service-related orders.</li><li>Provide both technical and commercial customer support to ensure high service standards.</li><li>Foster a strong “One Face to the Customer” culture across the organization.</li></ul>Dealer Network Development<ul><li>Develop and execute the Service &amp; Hygiene dealer network strategy.</li><li>Identify, onboard, and manage new dealer partners to expand regional coverage.</li><li>Monitor dealer performance and support capability development to ensure consistent service quality.</li></ul>Commercial &amp; Project Management<ul><li>Implement pricing policies and manage project-specific commercial conditions.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end project management for service-related initiatives.</li><li>Manage claim processes and ensure timely and effective resolution.</li><li>Support regulatory registration and compliance processes for biocidal products.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Sales Enablement<ul><li>Initiate and execute marketing activities that drive Service &amp; Hygiene sales growth.</li><li>Support sales campaigns, customer events, exhibitions, and trade fairs in collaboration with marketing teams and dealer partners</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. </li><li>Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach.</li><li>Degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Business, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Experience in dairy technologies, agricultural machinery, or similar industries will be an advantage.</li><li>Strong understanding of dairy technologies, service operations, and hygiene product portfolios. </li><li>Experience in service sales, technical sales, or service management. </li><li>Ability to manage complex customer needs and provide both technical and commercial guidance. </li><li>Strategic, analytical, and organizational capabilities.</li><li>High willingness to travel (office work – 20%; business trips – 80%) ​</li><li>Driver license category B. accident-free driving.</li><li>Knowledge of English (B1, B2) - Freely expresses their opinion.
