<img src="https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/128656/86bb2d4d944e0d0d8eb0d96573767e47.jpg" style="width:764px;height:auto;">Skeleton Technologies is looking for a hands-onSenior Grant Manager (m/f/x)to manage grant projects executed by the different entities of Skeleton Technologies.As a Senior Grant Manager, you would lead and optimize Skeleton Technologies’ grant activities by securing funding, ensuring effective project execution and compliance, and aligning grant initiatives with the company’s strategic and commercial objectives.How you can help us on the journey:<ul><li>Lead and manage grant projects across Skeleton Technologies entities. </li><li> Drive grant utilization by identifying, implementing, and optimizing funded activities. </li><li> Prepare, review, and submit high-quality technical and financial reports. </li><li> Identify funding opportunities and coordinate competitive grant applications aligned with company strategy. </li><li> Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&amp;D, Sales, management) to align grant activities with strategic goals. </li><li> Build and manage partnerships, including consortium development for grant applications.</li><li> Maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, project authorities, and partners. </li><li> Monitor relevant research, market trends, and funding landscapes to support strategic decision-making. </li><li> Represent the company at grant-related events and forums. </li><li> Facilitate communication between R&amp;D, partners, and project stakeholders. </li><li> Support commercial opportunities arising from grant-funded projects.</li></ul>RequirementsAre you the one we are looking for? <ul><li>Master’s degree in the STEM-Field, with a business focus.</li></ul><ul><li>5-10 years professional experience in grant management and acquisition, public funding, or project finance.</li><li>Proven track record of securing and managing multi-million Euro grants (e.g., Horizon Europe, Innovation Fund, IPCEI, or national funds like KFW/EAS).</li><li>Experience in a Deep-tech or Manufacturing environment. </li><li>Managing of the full grant lifecycle: Being able to identify funding opportunities and to conduct and manage consortium building as well proposal writing and final auditing.</li><li>Financial Literacy: Being able to develop complex project budgets, manage cash flow projections and handle financial reporting.</li><li>Structured working style, clear communicator.</li></ul>Why should you join?Personal growth is guaranteed.
