Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible for IT cost controlling, IT Service allocation and IT Service charging (IT service catalogue);​</li><li>Support budget planning, forecasting and project controlling​ across IT;</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to IT services, projects, and operations;</li><li>Support internal cross charging and cost allocation processes;</li><li>Maintain data quality and consistency for controlling‑relevant financial and organizational data;</li><li>Contribute to the improvement of IT cost controlling methodologies, analysis, and reporting (KPI creation);</li><li>Development of internal contracts and financial frameworks (e.g., Service Level Agreements);</li><li>Creation of annual and medium‑term plans and management reporting;</li><li>Provide transparency and advisory support on IT costs and financial structures;</li><li>Perform budget vs. actual analyses for IT‑Project‑Management, IT‑Operations, and IT‑Support;</li><li>Monitor compliance with financial standards, processes, and controlling guidelines;</li><li>Coordinate and monitor defined corrective and improvement measures.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience;</li><li>&gt; 3 years professional experience;</li><li>Proven experiences in cost analysis / controlling;</li><li>Professional in Financial planning processes; </li><li>Experience working on projects represents an advantage;</li><li>Previous experience in a multinational and/or manufacturing environment is considered a plus;</li><li>Advanced English language skills; German would be an advantage;</li><li>SAP S4 knowledge (FI/CO, MM, PS);</li><li>Advanced Excel skills.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
