The plan must include Representative Goals, Targeted Accounts, Travel Time Required, Perspective OEM’s, Growth of Major Trade Area’s, Etc.</li><li>Deliver orders and sales targets versus budgets. Work with Rep/distributor to increase Sales &amp; Market Share of products in territory and region.
