Responsibilities <ul><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Own and grow key accounts across the Nordics and Northern Europe, building long-term partnerships with utilities, EPCs, developers, and energy investors in the utility-scale solar sector.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Lead complex commercial negotiations for module, mounting structure, and BESS supply agreements, including framework contracts with Tier 1 partners.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects—from early-stage opportunity development and forecasting through contract execution, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Act as the primary commercial contact for customers, ensuring smooth coordination across pricing, logistics, contracts, and after-sales topics with internal teams.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline in Salesforce, delivering accurate forecasts, account plans, and performance reporting.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Represent the company in the market, engaging with key stakeholders at industry events and staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.</div></li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging market knowledge to position competitive solutions and win strategic projects.</div></li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Minimum 4 years previous experience within a similar role in an international company.</li><li>Experience with investors, utilities, and EPCs in the solar sector is an advantage.</li><li>Experience with CRM and/or Salesforce.</li><li>Experience with document review/contract review tools in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Proactive self-starter and problem solver.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Target driven.</li><li style="font-style:italic;font-weight:bold;">Born to travel and meet clients face-to-face.</li><li>Person to be based in North Germany or Denmark</li><li>Fluent English, any further European language skills is a plus </li></ul>
