This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, product strategy, and solution demonstration. Market, Technology &amp; Competitive Awareness •    Maintain an up to date understanding of competitive offerings, regulatory drivers, technology trends (AMI 2.0, DER, flexibility, analytics, grid modernization), and evolving solution architectures across the smart grid ecosystem. •    Produce high quality customer facing documentation, including:      o    Technical notes     o    White papers     o    Reference architecture     o    Solution diagrams What you will learn: You will gain deep exposure to smart grid technology design, AMI system architecture, grid edge applications, DER integrations, utility operational workflows, and enterprise grade solution delivery—while working hands on with leaders across Innovation &amp; Technology, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
