Right now, we’re laying the foundation for our next wave of growth.  We’re looking for people who love being part of a diverse, global team – and who get excited about making a real-world impact with data.About the Role We’re hiring a SAN Storage Administrator to provide Level 1 support for Our Storage infrastructure.Who Can Apply:<ul><li>Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in SAN Storage OR in any Infrastructure Support.</li><li>Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.</li><li>Willingness to work from office in rotational shifts, including 24x7 on-call support.</li></ul>What You'll Do:<ul><li>Provide L1 support for SAN,  and storage systems – handle incidents, changes, and problems as per ITSM standards.</li><li>Help with disaster recovery and data backup processes to ensure smooth business operations.</li><li>Work closely with Hitachi teams (Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers) and customers to deliver and implement storage solutions.</li><li>Monitor storage performance and capacity; identify and address potential issues early.</li><li>Administer Hitachi storage platforms or similar systems like Dell EMC, NetApp, or HPE.</li><li>Communicate clearly and collaborate well with team members and clients.</li></ul>About us We’re a global team of innovators.
