What You'll Do:Data Analysis &amp; Insights<ul><li>Analyze inventory, sales, and demand data to identify trends and risks</li><li>Build reports and dashboards that drive informed decision-making</li><li>Highlight opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements</li></ul>Inventory Planning &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict demand accurately</li><li>Set inventory targets, safety stock levels, and reorder points</li><li>Continuously adjust plans based on business needs and market trends</li></ul>Inventory Management<ul><li>Oversee inventory levels across multiple locations</li><li>Coordinate replenishment and ensure product availability</li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies or stock issues</li></ul>Process Improvement<ul><li>Evaluate current inventory processes and identify inefficiencies</li><li>Implement tools, systems, and best practices to improve accuracy and speed</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations</li></ul>Auditing &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure data integrity</li><li>Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures</li><li>Proactively identify and address control gaps</li></ul> What You'll Bring:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 4 + years of relevant experience (or equivalent practical experience)</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (SQL is a strong asset)</li><li>Solid understanding of inventory management and forecasting principles</li><li>Experience with inventory or ERP systems</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities</li><li>Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally</li></ul>The estimated salary range for this position is $70K to $85k. plus bonus.  Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.  At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement. #LI-JO2Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
