I joined Genomines for the first-hand experience of operating in a young and ambitious company in the deep/climate tech sector. What stood out to me about this internship was my level of responsibility, and the impact that I was able to have. I’ve gained an up-close view on various parts of the business, and I've contributed to helping a Series A startup move toward its targets. It’s been a pleasure working with Genomines’ diverse team and ambitious leadership.Arina K.I joined Genomines as a foreign intern with no ability to speak the local language and no “traditional” business background. However, I knew that by taking the risk of joining a young, seed-stage startup my ability to learn and grow would be accelerated 10x versus traditional development paths. I had opportunities to directly work with executive management and lead initiatives that gave me the reps, exposure, and quick feedback loops necessary to rapidly grow. I’ve since been promoted twice and now support the company as Chief of Staff. For the young and ambitious talent who want to grow quickly and test their potential, the internships at Genomines are a fantastic opportunity.Aidan D.</div>
