This role is responsible for planning, inventory management, logistics and distribution, ensuring high availability, efficiency, and operational excellence in a fast‑growing environment.The ideal candidate is operationally strong, strategic in mindset, and passionate about building robust, scalable processes in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.The Role<ul><li>Lead day‑to‑day Aftersales supply chain operations and manage operational team, covering demand/supply planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.</li><li>Drive performance across key KPIs (OTIF, fulfilment, MoS, claim rate, inventory accuracy, obsolescence rate) and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.</li><li>Manage 3PL partners and optimize warehouse, transportation, returns, and packaging operations.</li><li>Own planning processes, including forecasting, replenishment, safety stocks, and inventory health analysis. Define and implement associated regional policies for inventory and planning.
