The role focuses on improving key business processes using Lean methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching, and driving measurable operational and financial results.Principal Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the definition and deployment of the Site Transformation Plan, ensuring alignment across site functions and contributing to the achievement of strategic goals, metrics, and results.</li><li>Drive process improvement projects using Lean methodologies, leading problem‑solving initiatives to address bottlenecks, improve productivity, quality, and lead time across manufacturing and transactional processes.</li><li>Promote and implement standard work practices to simplify processes, ensure consistency, and improve the quality of outputs.</li><li>Identify improvement opportunities and manage CI projects, developing business cases, tracking project outcomes, and ensuring delivery of operational and financial benefits.</li><li>Train and coach employees on Lean and Six Sigma tools, supporting the spread of the CI culture and guiding colleagues through Continuous Improvement and certification paths.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Continuous Improvement mindset</li><li>Cross-boundary collaboration / communication</li><li>Adaptive learning</li><li>Planning &amp; process orientation</li><li>Problem solving</li><li>Customer orientation</li><li>Inspiring accountability</li><li>Solution design</li><li>Teamwork</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields or Business Experience;</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in process improvement, leading cross-functional projects (manufacturing and/or transactional environment);</li><li>Basic knowledge of core Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, Managing for Daily Improvement, 5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Continuous Flow, Material Flow);</li><li>Superior oral &amp; written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside of the company;</li><li>Proven project management and leadership abilities in a team environment;</li><li>Fluent in Italian and English written/spoken;</li><li>Positive and energetic attitude;</li><li>People oriented;</li><li>Change and conflict management.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Green Belt certification is a plus</li></ul>LOCATION: Montecchio Maggiore (VI)CONTRACT: Permanent - Full time - hybridBENEFITS: company bonus and company canteenJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
