Why work for Infravision<ul><li>Join a mission driven organization and make a meaningful impact on climate change and decarbonising the global electric grid.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits. </li><li>Equity Ownership. Our employees are able to participate in the Company’s employee share option plan and share in the benefits of growing a successful technology company. </li><li>Collaborative and energizing environment. We have an enjoyable, dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li></ul> What you’ll do<ul><li>Installing conductors and aerial equipment, and underground cables and equipment</li><li>Installing and maintaining equipment associated with electrical supply</li><li>Attending to electrical breakdown and emergencies</li><li>Maintaining poles and associated hardware, and continuity of electrical supply</li><li>Conducting routine maintenance on the aerial and underground electricity supply network</li><li>Conducting low-voltage switching operations</li><li>Fitting pole hardware and crossarms</li><li>Preparing low- and high-voltage cable joints and cable terminations while connecting and installing electrical equipment and overhead lines</li><li>Using heavy plant equipment such as elevated work platforms and portable equipment.</li><li>May undertake substation installation and maintenance, and specialised testing and installation.</li><li>Supervise and step up as required</li></ul> What we are looking for<ul><li>Growth-minded: Experienced in their specialty field but hungry for continuous learning and improvement</li><li>Industry-seasoned: has already spent time supporting the electric power / cleantech industries</li><li>Self-starter: willing to dig into new concepts, make recommendations with limited information, and be highly effective with minimal direction and supervision</li><li>Systems thinker: a love for efficiency, ensuring that processes work well together to streamline commercial operations</li><li>Focused: we are a small team with many competing priorities.
