What You’ll Do Day-to-Day<ul><li>Competently operate both primary and secondary test equipment.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve issues on mechanical equipment, pipework, and flow systems.</li><li>Maintain plant assets for clients, including pumps, submersible mixers, motors, SCADA, heat exchangers, gas storage, sensors, valves, and safety systems.</li><li>Fault-find and maintain mechanical systems such as de-packaging equipment, solid feeders, conveyors, heating systems, valves, and more.</li><li>Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment.</li><li>Implement measures to enhance plant reliability, efficiency, and performance, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Minimum Level 3 qualification in a mechanical engineering discipline.</li><li>At least three years in a mechanical service or maintenance role—experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus, but not essential.</li><li>Full UK driving licence.</li><li>Strong competency in mechanical engineering.</li><li>Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>‘Can do’ attitude and commitment to delivering work right the first time.</li><li>Excellent understanding of Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) including Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).</li><li>PC literate with effective communication skills via email and MS Office.</li><li>Ability to manage site commissioning records in an organised manner.</li><li>Strong verbal and written English communication skills.</li></ul>Desirable Extras<ul><li>Experience with biogas/anaerobic digestion (AD) plants.</li><li>Background in M&amp;E/process plant service and maintenance.</li><li>Mechanical fitter experience.</li><li>Competency in PE pipework and electro fusion.</li><li>PASMA certification.</li><li>CompEx Mechanical (Ex11) qualification</li><li>CSCS trade card</li><li>Welding experience</li></ul> If you’re ready to make a meaningful difference and want to contribute your skills to a dynamic, forward-thinking team, we encourage you to apply today!</div>
