You will lead a highly qualified team in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems on stamping presses and stamping equipment, troubleshooting breakdowns, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and mentoring technicians to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency. Excellent attendance is crucial for teams to achieve success. You must have the ability to work with various teams in a fast-paced stamping environment. They will also be required to work with EHS, operation, engineering, quality, and suppliers in various aspects of the overall process.
